We are broken people who live in a broken world. Every day we face news of wars, natural disasters, sickness and death. The world and all creation is groaning for its creator. But in a world that seems to lack any hope, we know there is hope of new life in Christ.

In the UK, new generations are growing up with no basic Christian understanding or values.

The secularisation of our society has a profound effect on how people raise their children, how they think about death, and even how they vote.

It has left many feeling that there is no hope, no ultimate meaning and no justice for those who are suffering.

Christianity welcomes all and is Good News for all—including those on the margins of society. Jesus gives everyone hope in a broken world.

One of the best ways to reach the lost and broken in the UK is to invest in the multi-cultural and diverse populations of our cities.

In order to help fulfil Jesus’ Great Commission, Christians must invest their lives in sharing God’s love and the Good News of Jesus.

We want to make Jesus known across the UK and beyond. We dream of a day when everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus. This vision extends beyond our national borders and beyond what we could ever hope to accomplish on our own.

We believe that in order to see the growth of spiritual movements like Jesus did, we need to do what Jesus did: introduce people to his message, help them grow in their understanding of how to follow him with their whole lives, and challenge them to go out and do the same with others. We strive to engage people with the gospel in creative ways while learning and being innovative.

“Leading people to Christ and helping them become disciples is at the heart of everything we do. We want to work with the wider Church to see lives changed and fully devoted to Jesus.

We do this by helping people to encounter God’s unconditional love where they study, work and live through making multiplying disciples of Jesus.”

Lesley Cheesman, Agapé UK National Director

Agapé Student Life engages the university, helping students understand and respond to Jesus’ message in order to bring about social and spiritual change on campuses across the UK.

Agapé Work Life helps Christians to live authentic Christian lives and to share their faith in their workplaces.

FamilyLife works to strengthen UK families; we help transform family relationships by providing hope and practical tools based on Biblical principles and knowing Christ. We aim to give every family in the UK this opportunity.

Agapé Global Life shares the gospel and God’s love through word and action, both inside and outside of the UK with cultures that have had the least opportunity to encounter Jesus.

Our nation and world is crying out for Jesus. We’ve been called to help the lost and broken to encounter God’s unconditional love…and we need people to help us.

“…I looked and saw a huge crowd of people, which no one could even begin to count, representing every nation and tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb…”

—Revelation 7:9a
